Leah and Michael’s November wedding day was captured perfectly by Photography by Bambi – WOW! We love them. Our brief for the day was: rustic, romantic, a hint of boho, dreamy and beautiful and those photos are all that and more.
Leah’s bouquet was full of Spring delights and so lush, including peonies, cottage, toffee and Ohara roses, phalaenopsis orchids, astilbe, lisianthus, and touches of lush green foliages. The soft palette worked perfectly with the deep green of the bridesmaid’s dresses.
Our nude open frames were the perfect ceremony addition allowing all the flowers room to move and flutter, whilst not impeding the view over the Yandina Station grounds and onto the rolling hills. These then went behind the bridal table to complete the floral nest for the couple to sit among.
The reception showcased our stunning hanging installation above the bridal table, which was overflowing with blooms and was soo romantic with the bulb lighting! Leah and Michael chose to have a central foam-free chalice bowl arrangement offset by mini waterfall gardens at the ends of the tables allowing plenty of room for food and wine! These are a great way to allow for platters or creating that garland look in a more practical way and how perfect are those olive green napkins – matching our olive foliage throughout.
This wedding was a real 2020 standout and a favourite with the Willow Bud Team.
