What a stunning, sunny November wedding day for Georgia and Jackson. The summer sun beaming down on the stunning ceremony backdrop.
White on white was the brief, modern and timeless. Georgia’s bouquet of wedding flowers, was lush and full, and featured all white blooms of peonies, roses and phalaenopsis orchids with their centres removed for a sleek modern look. Her bridesmaids had stacked bouquets of roses and peonies.
For the ceremony we created lush freestanding pillars of florals and the aisles were adorned with full flower gardens. The back drop design was moved to behind the dance floor and cake stand for an epic cake cut and photograph opportunities. The aisle gardens were placed around the room on our textured plinths to give them some height. Others were used near the lounge and bar area.
As the reception was cocktail styling, table florals were simple clean and minimal, bouquets were also utilised for display around the room.
This left scope for a super lush 360 degree hanging installation above the lounge area, which was a feature no matter what angle the guests viewed it from.
The florals for the hanging installation were roses, peonies and seasonal blooms of snapdragons, lisianthus, delphinium and full stems of debearded phalaenopsis orchids. We used lush greens in a variety of tones and textures, grouped together to give a modern romantic feel to the reception space.
Lush and one to remember.
