- 1. ENQUIRY
Get in touch via our enquiry form. You’ll receive our pricing and information guide, followed by a personal response within 24 hours to confirm availability.
2. CONSULTATION
We take time to understand your vision, style, and floral priorities. Consultations are held in our studio, by phone, online, or via a detailed online form.
3. DESIGN + PROPOSAL
A custom, itemised proposal is prepared, outlining floral selections and considered budget options tailored to your wedding.
4. SECURE YOUR DATE
Your date is secured with a $500 retainer. Peak season availability is limited and dates book quickly.
5. DESIGN JOURNEY
During your wedding planning process, we will work together to refine your floral design as your wedding aesthetic evolves and liaise with your wedding vendors to ensure a cohesive design.
6. FINAL CONSULTATION
Approximately six weeks before your wedding, we meet for a final review to refine details and confirm all arrangements.
7. WEDDING DAY INSTALLATION
On the day, we deliver and install your florals with care and precision, ensuring every detail is beautifully executed.
8. PACK DOWN + FLORAL GIFTING
We return at midnight or the following day to pack down, remove unwanted florals, and thoughtfully bundle and gift-wrap blooms for your guests.
9. POST-WEDDING FOLLOW-UP
After your honeymoon, we follow up to ensure everything was perfect and to thank you for trusting us with your celebration.
